Sauce for cooking or preparing chilaquiles in minutes

INGREDIENTS: Tomatoes, tomatillos, serrano peppers, jalapeño peppers, cilantro, onion, garlic, sunflower seeds, spinach, oregano, salt, sugar, black pepper.
How to make your sauce in minutes:
- Pour the contents into a saucepan.
- Add 5 cups (1.2 L) of water, chicken broth, or vegetable broth.
- Cook over medium heat for 10–12 minutes, or until it reaches the desired consistency, stirring occasionally. For a thinner sauce, add a little more liquid.
- Let it rest for 5–7 minutes.
- Add the tortilla chips (about 500–600 g) or mix them into your favorite protein dish or enchiladas.
Tip: For softer chilaquiles: cook until the chips are well coated.
For crispier chilaquiles: remove them after cooking for 1 minute.
