At Salsas Tierra y Sol, we believe that a good sauce doesn't just accompany a meal, it tells a story.

We grew up in Mexico City, surrounded by bustling markets, intense flavors, and a culinary culture that left a lasting impression on us.

We traveled across Mexico from north to south, discovering the wealth of ingredients and traditions that make our cuisine unique.
More than 31 years ago, we left our home country to live abroad, and that’s when we realized something irreversible: nostalgia is something you can actually taste. Missing an authentic salsa—that perfect kick of spice—is like missing your roots.

Salsas Tierra y Sol was born from those memories and the desire to share them. Each sauce is made with high-quality ingredients and a deep respect for tradition, bringing to every table that little piece of Mexico we miss so much.
