Nachos with Morita Sauce

Place tortilla chips on a tray or plate. Add shredded cheese (Monterey Jack, Oaxaca, or a Mexican cheese blend) and heat until melted. Gently warm the morita sauce and pour it over the hot nachos, allowing its smoky flavor to balance the richness of the cheese. Top with sliced jalapeños, chopped onion, fresh cilantro, and sour cream if desired. Serve immediately.
